DO YOU HAVE A MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION PERIOD?
Yes, we have a one calendar month notice period for membership with us.
HOW MUCH IS THE MEMBERSHIP FEE?
The membership fee is SEK 199 including VAT per month.

As a creator with us, we offer you to be certified after completing an online course with us (note that this applies to UGC Academy and our customers). We also guarantee that you will receive the right remuneration for your work, as well as regular support and guidance. In addition, we offer a warm and safe community where you can get support from experienced coaches and other creators.
DO COMPANIES HAVE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?
Yes, according to the Swedish Consumer Agency, companies have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this does not apply if you have already approved the agreement and we have started the process for you.
WHAT IS THE BASE PRICE FOR BUSINESS?
The basic price for companies is SEK 1,999 excluding VAT and refers to a UGC video. The prices may vary and you always get an exact price at the first quote or consultation.

HOW DO YOU DO THE TRAINING (PLACE & TIME)?
The training is carried out easily and smoothly online! You can easily buy our course online and start right away if you want. The course consists of 7 short modules and quizzes that are both educational, fun and rewarding. After completing the course, you will receive a certificate as proof of your competence!
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE EDUCATION?
After you complete the training, you will become a certified UGC creator! This gives you the opportunity to create high-quality user-generated content and work on exciting assignments.
HOW MUCH MONEY CAN YOU EARN?
Your earning potential as a certified UGC creator is limitless! It depends entirely on you and how much time and commitment you put into your assignments. You have full control over your own assignments and can set your own limits. Note that we never pay a lower fee than SEK 1,000 excluding VAT. Which means that you always get paid correctly from us!
